Removed the implant which had fallen into the inflamed sinus for a long time. The patient was diagnosed with odor and discharge in the nose, symptoms of Sinusitis. Sinus surgery was performed in order to open the window to remove the implant. Thereafter, the patient was treated with CGF.

Took out the lower right implant which has been infected.

Completed the lower right part.

Performed maxillary sinus elevation surgery with CGF, placed Biomate dental implant, and fastened with larger size of fixing cover screw.

Bone quality was good. Dental crown was placed after 7 months.
